Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Refunds are issued in the form of a Shoprago E-Gift Card(store credit).

  3. Returns must received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, may be subject to refusal.

  4. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

  5. Shorago will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be contact us within 3 days of delivery.  If not, we will not issue store credit. Please contact us through customerservice@shoprago.com for assistance.

  7. swimwear,coverups and lingerie are non-returnable.

  8. Original shipping is non-refundable.

 

 

 

Easy Steps to make a return

  1. Select the item on the paper slip that you would like to return.

  2. Pack up the return items and the paper slip in the box and seal it.

  1. Your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage ,we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Shoprago will not issue store credit for your returns.

  2. Once your return is processed within 5 to 10 business days, we will issue you the Shoprago E-Gift Card(store credit) for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
